Please note that all persons using this Soft Play/Play Equipment or Bouncy Castle(s) do so at their own risk. The Hirer will be responsible and liable for any damage, loss/theft or injury occurring.  These guidelines are for the safety of all people using the equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

STRICTLY NO ADULTS ALLOWED ON THE CASTLE(S)! ANY DAMAGE MADE BY ADULT USE MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL.  

1. FOOTWEAR MUST BE REMOVED prior to using the bouncy castle(s) and soft play equipment.
2. SOCKS MUST BE WORN at all times whilst using the soft play equipment and bouncy castle(s).
3. STRICTLY NO ADULTS ALLOWED! No persons over the age of 12 years to be allowed on the bouncy castle(s).
4. MEDICAL CONDITIONS.  Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems or any medical condition which could be aggravated by using the equipment is allowed on the inflatables. 
5. Please aim to have at least 4ft of free space all the way around the inflatable for staking and for safety reasons.
6. Please keep all glass items away from the soft play and bouncy castle(s).
7. No food or drinks are to be allowed on any of the equipment.
8. No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs are to use the soft play, play equipment and bouncy castle(s).
9. The hired equipment must be fully supervised at all time by an adult (over 18yrs).
10. In the event of the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately.
11. No smoking or barbeques near the soft play, bouncy castle(s) and play equipment.
12. It is the hirers responsibility for the safe keeping of all the equipment they hire. They will be charged for any loss or damage caused to it or for any items missing from it on its return.

We cannot accept any responsibility for the injury caused to anyone using the equipment. 

I have read the agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions above.

I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the Equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur.
